Before you use it

Assembly is required, and hardware and instructions are included. Inspect the frame, springs, jumping mat, and handle before every use. Assemble the trampoline fully, place it on a flat and stable non-slip surface, and keep clear space around and above it. Hold the handlebar while exercising, especially when getting started.
